Can I check on my loan at any time?
As a customer, you can visit the service center at any time to see your loan balance, choose a Payment Option, make payment arrangements, increase your loan amount, or request a new loan.
Do you permit me to only pay the loan finance charge instead of the whole amount?
Yes. You can elect up to three (3) days prior to any payday to only pay the finance charge by visiting the service center and selecting that Payment Option. You will be able to select this option for up to twelve (12) weeks.
Can I pay off loan at any time?
Yes. You can elect up to three (3) days prior to any payday to repay the full loan amount and any remaining finance charge by visiting the service center and selecting that Payment Option.
How do I make a payment toward the principal of my loan?
To make a payment toward your payday loan's principal, visit the service center. Payments toward loan principal must be made at least three (3) business days prior to the loan due date. When you elect in the Payment Options to make a payment against your principal, on your next payday we will only debit the finance charge due plus the payment amount you've elected to make. Principal payments must be five dollars or more. Partial payments you choose to make will be applied first to any earned interest.
When I have paid off my loan, do I get another loan?
When you pay your loan in full, we know you are a good customer. We can quickly reactivate your account and to provide you with another loan. Just visit the service center to verify your information and reactivate your loan with us. We must wait three (3) business days before we can reactivate your account.
When can I increase my loan amount?
After you have had two loans at the same level and demonstrated you are a good customer by repaying both loans, we will increase your loan level. After your third loan, please use the service center and indicate you wish to be pre-approved for a larger loan amount.
How often can I use the service?
Customers who have paid off their payday loans on time can immediately be reactivated, provided those customers can electronically verify their information is still accurate. All other customers are reconsidered on a case-by-case basis.
Can I prepay or make a partial payment towards my loan?
You may pay all or part of your loan in advance without incurring any additional charges or penalties. Prepayments or partial payments of any loan will be applied in a manner consistent with the Utah Consumer Credit Code. We permit borrowers to make partial payments in increments of $5.00. We will apply partial payments first to any earned interest. Any amount paid in excess of the earned interest will be calculated on the unpaid principal at the originally stated APR. Any reduction in principal will result in a corresponding reduction in interest actually paid.

I work for Military, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force or Coast Guard. Can I get a payday loan from you?
We will not be able to give you a loan if you are a regular or reserve member of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force or Coast Guard, serving on active duty under a call or order that does not specify a period of 30 days or fewer (or a dependent of such member). Warning: It is important to fill out your information accurately. Knowingly making a false statement on a credit application is a crime.
How quickly will you approve me?
It is our policy to approve qualified applicants in less than an hour after we receive their fully completed application and E-Signature.
What amount will my loan award be?
Your income and banking history are two factors we consider when deciding how much money to loan you. Typically, first-time customers are given between $300 to $1000. After two payday loans have been paid in full, customers in good standing are usually awarded between $400 and $1000 if they choose to reapply.
